Stuck on the airplane for 8 hours because of the weather and couldn’t land in KC, after finally landing and getting to the hotel at 4am they tell me my room was sold because I didn’t check in… I can’t quite check in when I’m stuck on an airplane. Front desk lady was extremely rude on top of it all.

Hi there Scott, Thank you for leaving feedback on our hotel. I am very sorry that we were unable to accommodate you when you were finally able to get to the hotel. Very occasionally oversells happen and don't resolve by the end of the evening and some guests get bumped. I know that makes for a difficult arrival experience. Room was clean spacious for our family, convenient to the locations we were in town visiting and reasonably priced. Didn’t realize the pool and hot tub were outside upon booking but the pool was heated.

When we arrived, the hotel’s restaurant was under construction. The alternate dining option provided was in a small room that was not cleaned and had minimal service; the floors of our hotel rooms also did not appear well vacuumed. For the price of the stay, I expected better upkeep and amenities
