About this space:
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in the heart of Overland Park, KS with easy access to highways and shops. This home has great layout with multiple living areas to enjoy. Spacious and open kitchen/ living area with modern updates and vaulted ceilings. Located in the back of a cul de sac with deep driveway and 2 car garage for plenty of off street parking. Basement living area with pool table, dart board, poker and other games for entertainment. Great Location!!

The space:
KITCHEN: Stunning updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, gas stove, microwave, quartz countertops and a large kitchen island to gather around. All the necessary supplies for preparing a quick meal for your loved ones is included. You'll have a complete set of dishes, pots and pans, and a wide range of cooking utensils. Additionally, there's a Keurig coffee maker available to energize you in the morning. Coffee grounds, creamer, and sugar are provided for your convenience.

DINING AREA: The dining room features a table that can accommodate four people, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals or hosting board game nights.

LIVING ROOM (Upstairs): Two comfortable couches to relax and unwind. Watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen smart TVs.

LIVING ROOM (Downstairs): Large comfy sectional too gather on right in front of the flat screen smart TV. Pool table and dartboard to entertain the whole group. Sliding glass door to take you out to the backyard and patio area.

BEDROOMS: Each bedroom offers a luxuriously comfortable beds with high-quality bedding akin to what you find in hotels. You may even experience a better night's sleep than you do at home.

Outside, you'll find a great patio with patio furniture to enjoy each others company. Large backyard with a good amount of privacy. Partially fenced in yard. Great spot to cook out and enjoy the beautiful weather.

PARKING:
The home has a two car garage for covered parking. The driveway is large and can accommodate multiple cars. Home is located at the back of a cul-de-sac and some on street parking may be available.

Back home for a funeral

Unfortunately we had to return to KC for a funeral. This was the perfect sized home for my family in a quiet culdesac in a safe neighborhood that was central to everything. The property manager was easy to communicate with and prompt in responding. Nick went out of his way to accommodate our family during a very difficult time.

KC Thanksgiving

I was nervous about preparing Thanksgiving meal in an unfamiliar kitchen. This house had all I needed, plus a big fridge and a great oven (baked my pumpkin pie better than my own oven). It was nice to have 2+ bathrooms, a big driveway and use of the garage. My grandsons had a great time at several parks in the neighborhood. Beds were comfortable too.

Wonderful House on a Quiet Cul-de-Sac

We had a wonderful experience at this house. The house itself is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing family meals and the pool table turned out to be a surprise hit with my family. We liked being on a quiet cul-de-sac in this nice neighborhood (good for walking!). We were very pleased with the location - it was so convenient to excellent restaurants, shopping, and many KC activities like the Arboretum/Botanical Garden. Our host was responsive and accommodating.

Really Nice House - outdoor space limited

Loved the house, it is very beautifully decorated and if you aren’t doing much outside of the house, a perfect stay. Outdoors the yard is small and sharply sloped, this only matters if you bring a dog, also the split level steps were difficult for my dog to navigate due to being slick so I ended up carrying her up and down.

Very cute house!

I’m giving this house 5 stars because inside is just adorable. The outside isn’t much to look at, and the grass needed to be mowed terribly. But the inside is beautiful. Neighborhood seemed sketchy when we pulled up, but we didn’t have any issues at all. I would suggest either higher chairs (bar stools) around the bar or a dining room table. My family loves to play games and there was no where to comfortably do that. We came for events at the Alamodome, not walking distance, but very close. We were very happy with this house and would stay here again.

Annual Girls Shopping Trip

All the girls in my family (10 of us) get together once a year in Kansas City to do fun dinners and Christmas shopping. We usually do hotel rooms but decided to try out this VRBO instead. Here are the positives and negatives of this home :Positives:Location is great. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, very close to Oak Park Mall, which was ideal for my group. The home is well taken care of, on a quiet cul-de-sac. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I would def work with him again. The negatives:The 4th bedroom is located in the basement, away from everyone else. So if you’re a group larger than 6 or 7, it’s not ideal. You’ll fit for sure, but it does feel a bit separated. House was not clean upon arrival as there was a mishap w the turnover process and cleaning crew. The host was happy to rectify and make financial compensation. Towels were not left by cleaning crew and beds were not made. We had to wait until the following morning to receive the appropriate amount of towels for our group and make our own beds. Again, host went the extra mile to have towels delivered to our doorstep the following morning and partial cleaning fee refund for the inconvenience. Overall, had it not been for the initial cleaning mishap, our stay would have been close to perfect. Cute home, quiet neighborhood, great location, amazing host.
