The place was very clean and accurate listing. Grateful for the stay. The location was perfect and close to everything we visited Lexington for. My only suggestion is to put a chain, bar, or deadbolt on the door. The door to the room opens outward with a simple key lock so traveling alone with a child in an unknown city was a concern. The host was very helpful and understanding. Thanks for the stay.

Our stay way good and easy to use. (Access) The appliances and bathroom was newer and nice. The down side was the bed and couch we not very comfortable and the tv was in a cabinet and you couldnt see the full picture on the tv. Nice space especially for being an old house and good parking.

Very beautiful apartment in the beautiful historical downtown district! I love how much natural light flows into the space, the decoration, the closeness to everything in downtown. The space was very clean and check in was very easy. I would stay here again!

Long holiday weekend

My husband and I love college towns. We decided to drive up to UK in Lexington. This rental was so close to the campus and really everything. It was perfect for the two of us. Clean, mostly quiet, some street noise on Saturday night, but it is a college town. Great shower. We did not use the patio or outdoor grill, but it was a nice area. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if in this area. Host was accessible and quick to respond.
