207 room had no pillows but one red mini pad and toilet running and odor, I reported office and moved 211 room and sink water flood. I supposed to be checked in today , not yesterday and it will be check out tomorrow. I hope of refund $ 82.00 for Monday cancelled from may 15th to 16th , I already paid my credit card for today checked in for one day from may 16th to may 17 th. By Joseph williams text 240-739-2888

Hotel isnt even operating!!!!

When we arrived the hotel wasnt even operating. It was 10pm, we had been on the road since 5am. Thankfully we were able to get a room another local hotel. It took an hour of dealing with hotels online/phone to get the room canceled for a hotel that wasnt even operating. No prewarning from Ramada that our stay couldnt be fullfiled!!

Terrible experience

Horrible experience with no hair dryer for my wife and breakfast with gravy but no biscuits, no hard boiled eggs, as promised. Hotel is closing today for good which would have been nice to know. NEVER again with this service. Airbnb for the next three days. Only our 30th Anniversary so no big deal right?

Both the sink and toilet were backed up when we checked in. Terrible smell in the halls. There was actually vomit on the stairs. Missing a door knob on the bathroom door. Do your self a favor and go anywhere but here.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The hotel is a hot mess! First off no air conditioning. Both pools closed. Elevators out of service. Roaches and ants in the rooms. Dirty rooms, walls, bath fixtures and no towels in the room. Burns in the chair fabric. Also while I was outside the hotel a man tried to sell me heroine. If it was not so late at night I would have gone somewhere else I will definitely never be back.

The property was terrible. The pools were closed as was the restaurant. They had us checked in 2 days prior to us even showing up and when we saw how terrible the hotel was, could not get a refund. Staff was unhelpful when I called to say we would not be checking in on our original date, they decided to just check us in even though we were not there.

The location was a plus, at the interstate. Staff tried to assist. No towels, dirty, dead bugs on the floor, keys didn't workvthe second night, traded to a new room but that was not clean or still in use, hallwa and lobby was dirty....
