There was lots of construction, difficult to get to room. Also, the "resort fee" and needing to pay for parking was unexpected, and added considerably to the price. These should be stated up front. Room was very nice, nice location.

Was unaware that the lobby was under construction when we made the reservation. Very inconvenient in getting to our room. It was a very far walk and not the easiest path to follow.

We found this hotel to be very conveniently located and the room was clean and comfortable. There is construction ongoing but we didnt consider it an inconvenience or noisey. We had only one complaint which was that the sliding balcony doors were in dire need of service as they were very difficult to open/close/relock, making use of the balcony nearly useless.

Overall, the stay was very mediocre. The room was clean, but there were no microwaves in the room, and only 1 in the entire resort for guest use. There was no on-site laundry available. Also, if you are sensitive to fragrance, DO NOT STAY HERE. They had strong sprays in the halls and elevators. Good spot for a couple or for a short stay, but the lack of amenities made it less than ideal with a family.

We had a great stay. Overall, the resort is great: lots of fun daily activities, the bell and valet teams are friendly, the drinks at the Driftwood bar are excellent, our room is clean, the hallways are kept clean, the grounds are kept neat. The pool staff are always around to make sure everything is put away, umbrellas are opened/closed, lounge chairs are in order. The hotel is under construction and despite the quirky "journey" it took to get to our room on the 2nd floor in building 1 (take the elevator to the third floor, take a right to find the other set of elevators to take to the 2nd floor to find the room), you don't really notice any dust or noise. The housekeeping staff is great and kept our room clean even though we didn't ask for a daily refresh. The Naupaka Terrace staff are friendly and professional but the food is ok. Love that the hotel is close to the airport. I'd stay here again and definitely recommend this resort.

Too much construction and I was 3 min. Late for breakfast. Had to go through the construction maze in hotel. Besides all that all staff was amazing when checking in and bellman and valet crew. Thanks for your hospitality

We knew the lobby was being renovated. It does impact the experience. The rooms are nicely renovated. While we had great massages, there is no spa experience. The massages are provided in a hotel room and you are charged a fee for them to clean up your massage area. I found that disappointing.
