環境不錯,酒店餐廳早餐,滇香馆晚餐都不錯。房內設施舊,畢竟是5星級酒店,都有應該的清潔、整齊。開水喉就有熱水,但有時水溫不穩。想起來房間床頭的usb 是壞的,電話充電最好帶齊插頭。第一天到步時門口的職員叫我把行李不要帶進登記大廳,語氣不太友善。進去發現其他客人都是自己帶著的,登記完畢後發現那個職員走了去開車送客人回房間,我那行李箱沒人看著, 那時候在旁邊的客人蠻多!

Spacious room. The hotel was quiet, in fact too quiet it felt like a ghost town. The shopping area located inside the property was all closed and locked up, and you don't see that many guests around. Service was subpar, definitely not Hyatt's standards.

아주 고급지구요 호텔내에서 산책만 해도 힐링되네요 수허고전 리장고전 전부 다 가깝구 좋아요 택시도 금방금방 잡아주시고 영어로 소통 가능합니다

Beautiful property hindered by sloppy service

The Property is beautiful. The service by staff is not so great. When arrived , no staff to welcome or help with luggage. Arrived 3pm time slot. During departure 5am - also no one to help and say good bye. StAff is sleepy - not sure if is due to low season and not so many people.
