Great location, easy check in, private and secure

Everything was terrific, especially the cleaning staff who works here. My only issue was the internet went out and the tv also. I didn't contact guest services to fix these problems so that's on me (my stay was so short) and the weather was exceptionally stormy. But it did seem like the router is a distance from the property, so when it was working it was weak. Again, I didn't troubleshoot this so that's on me. The staff is excellent from what I observed and probably deserve 401K's and health benefits. Would stay again, but would probably work out the wifi issue beforehand. Again, mia culpa.

Good R& R in Lincoln City

I was disappointed that only one bed was made up when two guests were arriving. The bunk bed mattresses are thin and I could feel the metal slats so we stacked both mattresses on the bottom bunk. We call and requested help with the TV but, no one came to help us. We were told that cable wasn't an eminitity yet we were able to watch Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune on 10/11. The only outlet in the bunk bed room was up high on the wall opposite the wall. The head of the bed was not close to the outlet - I have a CPAP machine and was unable to use it. The property was clean and we did enjoy our stay

You get what you pay for. Everything smells like dogs, there's some mold damage in the ceiling of the bathroom, the rooms are tiny, you can't close the door to one because the bunk bed is too big. No closets, space heaters. On the other hand, you can see the ocean, and it's a 5 min walk down to the beach

Not as pictured

The pictures look much better than the unit does. I'll list my complaint below. I wish I could upload my own photos... Wi-Fi did not work the 5 days we stayed. No heat in the living area, it gets cold. Dishes were dirty. Nothing matches, it's chintzy. No blackout shades. Broken outlet covers. Poor maintenance and repairs. Futon is horribly uncomfortable to sit on and I couldn't imagine sleeping on it. The bunk beds are noisy. There are no pot holders. Paint is flaking and does not match where things are patched. Overall this place was cheap and ok but you should know what your getting and not be mislead by pictures.
