Tiny little elevator not suitable with scooter or wheelchair unless they fold up. Staff were excellent with handling luggage and arranging taxi and reservations.

We had a wonderful stay here. It is located in a great area with lots of good restaurants around. The staff is excellent--they even gave my wife a cake for her birthday which was delicious. Definitely worth staying here!

Rooms are a little small, but excellent location. Very clean, staff were friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend for a few nights. Good value for money.

What a great little gem of a hotel in a fantastic location close to all the sites of Lisbon. Room was spotlessly clean, amenities were fantastic. A greay little bonus of a coffee machine in the room for a little espresso in the morning. Staff were very helpful and friendly, special mention for Tomos and Rui on reception.

The staff was wonderful! They are all very helpful, and friendly The room was small, but clean, and the location was perfect! Breakfast was very good. Lots of great options! The only 2 negatives are that there is not enough storage in the room. A few more shelves and a few hooks on the wall would really be helpful, especially when you stay longer than a couple days. And the restaurant bathroom is filthy! We only used it once, but it was extremely dirty!

Front desk staff were extremely helpful! They were very welcoming, helpful and booked an excellent transfer to get us to the airport in a timely manner. The cleaning staff were also amazing! Even if we were out for a short period of time, we came back to a clean room! Excellent location, highly recommend!

Brilliant location, comfortable room, bed and pillows. Friendly staff and breakfast was included in our tariff. Only pitfall was the coffee at breakfast was lukewarm. Pretty good options with basics of eggs, bacon, beans and sausages covered. Nice selection of cheese, meats, pastries and fruit. We’d highly recommend, as your eateries are right outside your front door. Taxi rank about 3 min walk. A nice vibe, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
