We arrived an evening on April 7th for 10 nights 11 days staying there.
The evening concierge Rui and Matilde gave us warm welcome from the day 1.
The hotel is located in the center of Baixa, but our room was sounds proofed at the end of the hallway and facing to the alley.
It was the perfect room for us.
The room was very clean, very well maintained and comfortable setting.
A week before our arrival there, the concierge Rui sent us email for a preference bed size(s) and arriving time.
We got an impression they were very thoughtful and caring about guests.
Our first impression about them continued for entire staying there.
All concierge staffs were very helpful and patiently helped us navigating around all over Lisbon.
We walked 5 to 7 miles daily and explored Lisbon for entire time there.
My husband enjoyed their complimentary port wine after long walk daily.
This was the first trip to Lisbon for searching a retirement home for near future.
We are already started talking about going back to Lisbon in May next year.
The hospitality of Be Poet Baixa Hotel made us want going back to Lisbon again, but it’s not soon enough for us though.
There is not thank you enough for concierge staffs’ excellent, professional and warm hospitality.
Thank you so much making our stay there so comfortable.
