I loved this hotel. It was in the perfect area central to everything one would want to see in Lisbon. The staff was attentive and more than happy to help. The room was cleaned everyday to perfection and the bed was huge and super cozy. Thank you behotelisboa. When I return to Lisbon, you will see me again!

The room was a little small which made it tricky finding a spot to open our luggages. Other than that I have no complaints. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The room and property was clean. The location was great.

This hotel was central to everything, cafe's and bars were at the front door. The hotel was excellent we had a corner roof that had good views of the streets around.

The staff went above and beyond to assist us in getting around. We rented a car and they were excellent in helping with parking. The breakfast staff were amazing … thank you ladies, you made our stay extra special as well. The evenings were so quiet and the mornings lovely to walk about. Great location for the train to Sintra for the day … just a great hotel in a great location!! Highly recommend.

The hotel is in a central area which is convenient but the location is also dirty with homeless people. The decor of the hotel is very plain and the rooms are tiny. It looks very different from what I saw on the website. The day before we left, there was a terrible sewage odor coming from the bathroom, which we just dealt with since we were leaving the next morning anyway. The men at the front desk were all friendly and helpful, but on our last day a young woman at the desk was snippy and rude. I asked her if she could have a taxi pick us up in a few hours to take us to the train station. She rudely said, “I’ll try.” I asked her what that meant as I want to be certain we have a taxi pick us up in 2 hours so we don’t miss our train. She rudely made an excuse about “trying”. I went back to her after I ordered my (very expensive and tiny) cup of coffee at the restaurant. I asked her again about the taxi. She told me it was just confirmed. Overall I do not recommend this hotel.

Great location. Was not accommodating for a mildly early check in, but they did store luggage and were helpful with getting me the easiest uber pickup. Room was comfortable, mattress was hard….very hard.

The area is very walkable, close everything. Front desk was very nice. One of the gal in the breakfast service was very nice to us, allow us to grab food back to our room even tho they had to close.

Perfect location. You just can’t get a better area. Walk right out the door and everything is there. Wonderful breakfast selection and cappuccino. I loved the complimentary water and bottle of wine in my room. The staff was so excellent at the front desk. They went way above and beyond to help me. They gave my daughter this small stuffed bear and it was the nicest thing. If I go back to Lisbon I will stay there again.
