Cable TV and WiFi Internet are included at no extra cost. All bed and bath linens are also included.

Quiet Lisbon neighborhood
Excellent apartment, excellent management. The apartment is a bit far from the city center but there's a cab stand nearby to shuttle you where you want to go.
