Casa da Vigia Ericeira - 3 bedrooms, sea view and near the center

House with three bedrooms, consisting of two floors.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area, with dining table, balcony and social bathroom. It also has fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Outside there is a grill.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two large balconies. Two of the rooms have sea views. It is one of the suite rooms. The house is prepared to receive a maximum of 7 guests.
Nearby parking is easy and free.
With the reservation of the house we offer the access as our guests to a common part where the gardens and the pool of the allotment are located.
It is located in a noble and quiet area of ​​the village of Ericeira, 500 meters away from the center.
Less than five minutes is the main supermarkets, some cafes, health center and even the town center.
A 10-minute stroll will take you to the main beaches: North Beach, Fisherman's Beach, North Beach and San Sebastian Beach.

The bus station is also about 5 minutes. From there depart frequent buses to Lisbon, Sintra, Mafra and Torres Vedras.

Petit havre de paix dans un village de surf

À 7 copines, nous avons pu nous ressourcer et profiter de cette merveilleuse ville qu'est Ericeira ! Les locaux sont adorables et d'une gentillesse sans nom! Merci Ă  Ana pour son accueil et son logement plus que parfait! Je conseille vivement ! PS: attention les rue d'Ericeira ça monte haha! PrĂ©parez vos cuisses :D

Excellent séjour de 2 semaines à Ericeira au sein de cette location; Ana fût accueillante et disponible au cours de ce séjour. Le logement est sur les hauteurs du village avec le centre à 10 mn à pied; commerces à proximité. Un trÚs bon séjour au Portugal en visitant cette province (Lisbonne, Sintra, Mafra ....)

De trĂšs bonnes vacances au calme !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Ericeira. La maison est trÚs bien située (à proximité des supermarchés, du centre ville et des plages), elle est bien équipée et propre. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et réactifs au moindre souci. Nous recommandons vivement cette destination pour des vacances au calme, en bord de mer.

Amazing Property! Great Host!

We visited as a family of 4 (including a 16 year old and a 13 year old) in mid-August 2019. The property is truly amazing with everything you could ever need. The bedrooms are large, there are two bathrooms (one en-suite), all with access to a balcony. The place was really clean and well presented. We didn’t cook at all but the kitchen was fully stocked with pans, utensils etc. A really nice touch was the nespresso style coffee machine with pods supplied - we used this every morning. Ana was a really good host - very friendly and easy to get along with. As we stayed for 11 nights the place was fully cleaned half way through; all bedding and towels were replaced. Ana also helped us with an idea for parking in Sintra. About 20m from the apartment is an enclosure containing a communal pool area and play park (plus WC’s). Everything was clean and well maintained. Access is by key holder only and a pass which is checked by the pool lifeguard. Despite being the height of season the pool was never busy - mostly young families. The centre of town is a 5-10min walk downhill (15 mins return uphill). Ericeira is a beautiful place busy with locals, surfers and visiting family groups. There are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from, mostly independents, that offer a range of cuisines alongside Portuguese. We also visited the funfair on the front most evenings for the kids to bomb around on the bumper cars! The beaches are all lovely and we hired sun beds at Praia de Pescadores (the sheltered beach in the centre). We also visited Praia Ribeira d’Ilhas in car and watched the surfers whilst sunbathing. We had a great time and if we visit this part of the world again we would look to rent this property again. Thanks Ana!

Luxury in Ericeira

I cannot say enough about this amazing rental in Ericeira!!! It was so spacious, clean and well equipped for our family of four. We were so sad to leave after only 3 nights that we have vowed to come back. The host Ana is amazing. She clearly takes pride in her rental and maintains it very well. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. She also provided us with great information on parking for Sintra and the best beach to go to with small children. Thank you so much for this fabulous end to our amazing Portugal vacation Ana!

Sehr saubere und gut gelegene Unterkunft

Wir haben Ende April mit 5 Frauen das Haus fĂŒr eine Woche angemietet. Ana war schon zur Stelle als wir ausstiegen und hat uns im Verlauf der Woche sofort und unkompliziert geholfen, als wir ein Problem hatten. Ihrem Tipp, Óbidos zu besuchen, sind wir gefolgt und waren ganz begeistert. Ana ist sehr freundlich und offen und wenn wir nicht schon mit 5 Frauen genug GesprĂ€chsstoff gehabt hĂ€tten, hĂ€tten wir sicher mehr Austausch mit ihr gehabt. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt und wir haben die verschiedenen Balkone genossen. Alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht, lediglich fĂŒr deutschen FiltercafĂ© fehlte eine Kanne. Die haben wir uns dann kurzerhand selbst angeschafft und im Haus belassen. Wenn wir nochmal nach Ericeira fahren werden wir sehr gerne wieder im Casa da Vigia wohnen. Muito obrigada, Ana!!!

Fantastistic apartment

Very spacious and nice apartment close to everything you need. We were traveling with two small kids and it was perfect swimming pool and playground next door. Walking distance too beach a bit long for our children but we had rental car.

Eine sehr gepflegte Unterbringung

Wir waren 1 Woche zu 5 Personen in diesem Haus. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat viel Platz. Die KĂŒchenutensilien sind reichhaltig, es fehlte uns an nichts. Einzig die große weiße Wand im Esszimmer ist sehr kahl; mit Bildern wĂŒrde es an AtmosphĂ€re gewinnen. Das war aber fĂŒr uns kein wirkliches Manko; wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Ana ist eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die jederzeit bereit war, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen. Wir wĂŒrden gerne wiederkommen.

Spacious, Clean, Comfortable.

We are a family of 6 people. The house was very spacious. Large living/dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with extra dining table and chairs. The bedrooms had very comfortable bed with plenty of storage. There was two bathrooms upstairs and another toilet downstairs. The whole house was very clean & comfortable & had lovely views of the sea. The pool area was also cery clean & well maintained.Ana the owner was lovely. She was very helpful. She had the house ready early for us as we arrived at 11.30am. We were staying for 10 days but unfortunately we had to travel home early unexpectedly & Ana was so kind & helpful. She arranged our transfers to the airport at very short notice. I would highly recommend Anas house in Ericeira.

A casa é ampla, bem decorada e perfeita para férias em família. O playground e a piscina do condomínio são um plus. Tudo muito bom. Ericeira também é uma pérola. Mas para quem tem crianças pequenas, o acesso tem que ser de carro, jå que hå muitas lombas. A proprietåria, Ana, foi desde o começo muito gentil e solícita. Adoramos, foi maravilhoso.
