Welcome to my home!

Tastefully decorated, this lovely 90m2 house is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and restaurants in the surrounding areas, which offer multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfortable sofa and a dining table where you can relax. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It also has access to a lovely backyard with outdoor furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The first bedroom has a queen bed and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the last room has one single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a fantastic location for exploring the area. Nearby attractions include Tapada Nacional de Mafra, Parque Aventura Cova da Baleia, and Megacampo Adventure Park. The area is perfect for those looking to immerse themselves in nature and enjoy outdoor activities.

The best way to reach the property is by car/taxi. The Humberto Delgado Airport is about 50 min drive.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
