Welcome to my home!

Situated in a classical Portuguese building, the apartment is fully furnished with modern amenities, including an open kitchen for you to enjoy with your friends/family, along with built-in storage in the bedrooms for guests to keep their personal belongings secure.

There is also a private terrace so you can enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day.

The apartment comes with 1 double bed, and 1 single bed, both of which are lined with hotel-quality linens.

Fresh towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are also provided for your personal convenience.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done on your anticipated arrival.

Important Note: Starting on 15th of May, there will be construction on the apartment above. There will be noise from 8AM-5PM during week days.
Also, there is a narrow staircase to reach the apartment.

NOTE: The flat is located on a noisy street!

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood in the center of Lisbon. The street is lined with small cafes and restaurants. There is a beautiful botanical garden not too far from the street, and many attractions within walking distance.

R. Angelina Vida is just a few steps away from the apartment and is connected to the No. 2 Tram

The airport is about 20 minutes away from the apartment by taxi.

Please note that late check-ins with a greeter after 22:00 have an extra cost of EUR 20, and from midnight to 07:00 EUR 30.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an aditional
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property if our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
