This delightful 25m² room, on the 2nd floor and accessible by stairs, offers a cosy and welcoming atmosphere, enhanced by charming vintage details. Ideally located near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants, it’s perfect for guests looking to experience the best of the city.

Please note that access to the building involves climbing stairs on one of Lisbon’s traditional stepped streets, and there is no lift in the building. This may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

The living area features a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. A desk provides a convenient workspace, whether you're catching up on emails or planning your day.

Step out onto the private patio, a peaceful spot to enjoy the fresh air and a moment of relaxation.

The ensuite bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Important note: The building has old architecture, and the acoustics performance is not the best.

The property is situated in Lisbon's vibrant Cais do Sodré district, an area renowned for its dynamic blend of culture, cuisine, and nightlife. This locale offers a rich tapestry of experiences for both residents and visitors.

A short stroll from the address leads to the Time Out Market Lisboa, a gastronomic hub where visitors can indulge in a variety of Portuguese delicacies. Adjacent to the market is the Mercado da Ribeira, a traditional market offering fresh produce and local specialities. For entertainment enthusiasts, the nearby Game Over Escape Rooms Lisboa provides interactive and challenging experiences.

Cais do Sodré, historically one of Lisbon's main gateways to the Tagus River, has undergone significant revitalization. Rua da Boavista exemplifies this transformation, now hosting a variety of new eateries, bars, and shops. Notable establishments include the Portuguese brand store +351, the restaurants Cav 86 and Planto, and the Boavista Social Club, all contributing to the area's contemporary vibrancy.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train and tram station, Conde Barão - Av. 24 Julho, is just a 6-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
