We stayed in Lisbon for three nights. The hotel is conveniently located for touring Lisbon. The facility is little bit old, but overall it was okay.

Mini bar left a lot to be desired. The beds were very comfortable, requested a balcony couldn’t get one, no ice machine ( had to go to the bar everytime), great location near hop on hop off buses and buses to Sintra, staff were friendly but so many couldn’t speak English very well. Lovely little restaurants nearby.

Located on the main central roundabout in Lisbon, the location is excellent for the Hop on Hop Off bus services and a short walk into the centre proper. Clean, friendly with a good atmosphere. We ate at the restaurant once and it was good value. It is a little noisy (the traffic outside mainly), but that didn't bother us. Would book again when we re-visit Lisbon.

Stayed at HF Fénix Lisboa for 6 days this past October. The hotel’s location is ideal and convenient to metro, buses and the hop-on-hop off buses. Daily breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed the selection of foods during on buffet night. Special shoutout to the staff for the birthday cake and champagne to celebrate my 25+ birthday 😍.

The location of the property is centrally located which is great. The staff is efficient and pleasant. I’d like to make a particular note that Nelson in the restaurant is spectacular… he is so efficient, pleasant and friendly and tends to every guest’s needs to the max. He’s awesome! Our room was sufficiently comfortable however the bathroom is quite small. It would also be nice if guests would not have to ask for the iron and ironing board each day of their stay.
