Staff is unbelievably friendly and accommodating, communicated everything clearly to me and ahead of time so I could be prepared on my arrival. The location is perfect for people wanting to be walking distance from local restaurants, plazas, parks etc. no complaints everything was perfect, apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed.

The room we stayed in was beautiful. Comfortable, spacious everything you need. The decor tasteful and inviting. Location was great and convenient. Communication was excellent and we were greeted upon our arrival. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends. If anything I would suggest face towels as an extra for when taking a shower. It was a great experience, thank you!

The apartment is very nice and spacious. Has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living and dining rooms. The elevator is a bit small and there’s four flights of very narrow steps to the apartment. The breakfast box was delivered at 8am each morning. It includes a croissant, jelly, bread, fruit, plain yogurt, granola and a juice. It’s the same box every morning (1 per person). I wish it would change to include more pastries, eggs, coffee. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen and the coffee pods are included in the breakfast box. The location of the apartment is good. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Uber is quite cheap in Portugal so that’s a good way to get around.

The property was great and we had a lovely stay. At first glance it was a bit underwhelming as there is a bit of construction around the building, but the place is super cool and the room was very nice and clean. It was really close to some cool dining spots on Green street and tons of other places to eat in all directions. The farthest walk was about 30 or so minutes to the largest tourist destinations like Pink street, the Old square, etc. The property managers replied super fast by email and we’re super responsive and helpful. Would recommend staying here in Lisbon!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. I would recommend it as a place to stay if you want an apartment or landing pad, but not a hotel. The property/room was very clean and the location was amazing. Everything was walkable for the most part. The only reason I didn’t give it a five is because we were there for three nights (four days) and despite cleaning the room they never emptied our garbage which was overflowing by day three (shopping, eating, drinking, etc) and they never gave us new towels even after four days. I’m all for conserving resources, but we even wipped up an accidently spilled coffee with one towel and they hung it back up to dry, which was a bit strange considering we only got two towels for the entire stay. Other than that, we highly recommend this property.

Best place ever!!!!!!!!

This place was the BEST. I want to keep it a secret however it feels wrong to. It was immaculate and way bigger than the pictures depicted. The area around the building is undergoing construction but do not let that deter you. You are within a 15 min walk to pink street, time out market, and so much more. There are so many tourist and local spot to entertain you and small grocery stores across the street. Parking in the nearby garage is easily to maneuver with luggage. Be sure to have cash for parking each time.

Studio apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable with every amenity we needed, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. The area is great - quiet for sleep but walking distance to everything and to lots of public transportation. Digital key worked flawlessly and made check-in very easy.

Excellent studio apartment in Lisbon

The Hermitage Castelo - Casa Chafariz has excellent apartments in a very well located part of Lisbon. It's close to the city center and Bario Alta as well as Time Out Market and many restaurants. The rooms are spacious and include a full kitchen with refrigerator and stove. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming.The rooms are clean and have great views.

A truly wonderful bright apartment right in the centre of town. Checkin and check out were so simple and easy. As a frequent visitor to Lisbon this is easily the best place I've stayed.

Excellent location, near enough to the central areas of Lisbon to walk in either along the front or through the winding streets but far enough out to be away from the crowds. The apartment is housed in a beautiful old building and we stayed in was Santos, 1A, which was lovely, extremely keen and with loads of natural light. It had excellent amenities and Teresa and the cleaning staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The area has loads of great breakfast places and cafes very nearby and a outside bar close by too. Would highly recommend a stay here for your time in Lisbon.
