We feel safe at the property, the personnel are nice and very helpful. We arrived early from the US and we travelled all night, they managed to gave us rooms not long after we checked in. We are very satisfied with the service we received.

The staff were incredible, could not have been better. Everything was excellent except the parking area. it is very tight with many columns so you have to be very cautious driving in it.

We were so impressed with the staff at the hotel. We showed up for check-in the day of the nationwide power outage. The staff was still able to get our room ready, get us all set up with our baby, and help many others during this crisis. I can’t imagine how stressful the day must have been for the staff, but they were incredible with everyone. No stores were open so my family hadn’t eaten all day and the staff was able to get meals for guests. We appreciated everything they did for us.

Very quiet area, bus stop right in front of the hotel and Burger King across the street, breakfast was great and so was the staff, the bar was nice as well. Convenient drive from and to the hotel. Close to Torre de Belem and other major tourist areas (about 10 min drive). Parked outside of the hotel and felt super safe.
