The property is brand new close to the centre. Walkable to the bus stops and Metro (Parque). The only thing is the checking in process is so slow. I had to ask 3 times is everything okey? Are we done? Then after 30 minutes we are given the go signal. After a tiring flight we had to wait for 30 minutes for what? Considering there were 2 people at the time of check in it took this long to check in to check 2 passports?

Appeared to be in midst of renovations. Was quiet before midnight & thru night. In Morning, hotel was not accessible to pick up as it was along the marathon route. Hotel staff were very helpful to connect us with driver.
