This hotel is beautiful and comfortable. We had to stay in Lisbon unexpectedly for three additional days and we’re so happy with the offering from hotels.com and this hotel. It made an unusual circumstance extremely comfortable.

Nog enough room to walk if you have a few suitcases. Expensive for what is offered. Far from downtown Lisbon. Not recommended.

We stayed at the property for one night specifically to be close to the Oriente Train Station. It is just a 5 minute walk to the station, which is ideal if you are connecting to somewhere else outside of Lisbon. The hotel was clean and staff was excellent, and breakfast was included. It is not in the historical area and is really only close to the aquarium and a few museums, so I wouldn't stay here if it's your only time in Lisbon, even though the hotel was very nice. Room was very clean although not overly large.

We needed a place to stay before we flew out of Lisbon. This hotel was so clean, the staff friendly and very accommodating! We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The rooms were clean and bed was comfy. Use door card to keep lights on was something not familiar with and was not told front desk but we figured it out within 10 minutes. Location was great just few blocks from train station and big mall with some great food selections in food court. Unfortunately,the stay o day of arrival was not sure of themselves and took 3 staff members to find name in computer. With a lot of patients on my part they figured it out i. about 20 minutes. Most of staff was nice but not helpful or gracious. Seemed confused , young and stressed. At the end of the day, no pass nada.😀
