Getting Around:
You can almost everywhere on foot. But in the case that you don't feel up to it or you want to go further afield there is great transport system called the BusCas and GiroBus. They are circular routes which take you to all the areas outside of the town centre as well as the out of town shopping mall and cinemas. Otherwise the train will take you to central Lisbon or catch the bus to Sintra from the bus station across the road den the train station.

Tourist Tax
A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date.
The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt.
You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law.

All our properties are self-catering. However, we provide:

- No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise.
- Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time.
- No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency.
- No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.

These works are carried out by third parties, entirely beyond our control, and we are unable to predict their timing, duration, or level of noise. Overall, enjoyed our stay at this condo.

The views and neighborhood location were perfect. The condo was clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and the management company was very good. The shower in the tub of the hall bathroom was not adequately protected from water spillover, and that was our only disappointment.

Beautiful place, very homey and the pictures on the site don’t do it justice. Great location and the view was breath-taking. The apartment does however need some attention to cleanliness. Fridge and washer smelled (quick fix). Dust and hairs on beds and carpets. The covers on couch were not washed and had stains

The Perfect Cascais Rental

We could not have been happier with our stay in this beautiful apartment in Cascais. It is perfectly located with the ocean, restaurants, shopping, museums and historic district, etc. all within easy walking distance. In fact, we only used our car for day trips to Sintra and nearby beach towns. We lived on the balcony off the living room, eating most of our meals there, playing cards, reading, and just enjoying the beautiful weather and the views. We used the kitchen a lot and found it very well stocked. Even the kitchen has a beautiful view. We were also extremely pleased with the service provided by Portugal Portfolio staff. They were extremely helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel very welcome in Cascais.

Very comfortable stay

This is a lovely property in a gorgeous neighborhood. The apartment was very comfortable and supplied everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The only disappointment was that the The pool was so stark, uninviting and dirty.

Nice property but not luxury

Disappointed by some fixtures that were broken and kitchen not finished. Horrendous continuous noise from upstairs until 1.30am on last night. Sounded like cleaning or similar, chairs being dragged and vacuum cleaner being utilised. Really spoiled what was an otherwise good stay but not in our opinion ‘ luxury’ by any stretch of the imagination. Great view, secure environment, but let down by silly points that would be easily rectified. Very expensive for second rate experience

Unbelievable beautiful apartment, clean and wonderful location

Beautiful property, excellent location. Unbelievable views from every window! Property manager walked us through everything, only wish I would have been able to stay longer. I hope to stay back there one day.
