The place felt very safe, which we enjoyed. I didn’t appreciate breakfast wasn’t included when every other hotel for a similar price we looked at- had it included. Seemed greedy. The rooms were mostly clean- except the bathroom tile really seemed gross. The rest of the room felt very clean, just a lot smaller than we expected. We also could not get the fan or AC to work.

Item disappeared and ants in the suite

Item missing from the room, we requested hotel staff for investigation . Only got an answer after having asked 3 times for an update . The hotel denied any responsibility to the missing item. This hotel have restricted access, guests have to key in codes to access specific floor and again key in code into your suite. Thus , unlikely outsiders can access the unit. Although the item was not an expansive item, moreover, we felt very uncomfortable and we " believed that a someone had went through our belongings ". There were ants in the room and the garbage can foot-peddle was not working, and we only got an replacement garbage can after having made 3 complains/ requests.

A/C was not working! The wall control panel indicated it was centralized controlled but there was zero airflow in our room.Had to sleep with window/ balcony door open ( subjecting you to street noise / mosquitoes!)

This is a great place for a business traveller or anyone who needs to be in a central business district. It's a high-quality, modern hotel with very clean and spacious rooms. The breakfasts were excellent and hotel staff were as helpful as possible, but not everyone seemed equally well-trained. Also we were a bit surprised our room did not have a smart TV. We would certainly recommend this hotel to others with the warning that it's close to the airport, so be prepared for constant noise of planes, plus the location lacks the charm of historic Lisbon.

The room was quite small, so it wad difficult to open our suitcases as only one small shelf for that. We had to use the floor. This might have been OK except that there were small ants crawling everywhere. The drapes on both windows were broken and would not completely close. Some floor parquet tiles were loose, and easy to catch your foot on. The room was quiet from neighbors, but the subway stop adjacent to the hotel rumbles vigorously every few minutes, and our room faced the flight path from LIS airport—jets are LOUD on take off. Not quite as loud landing. Which you experience depends on the wind direction. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Housekeeping staff are friendly and accommodating. We requested they hold one piece of our luggage for the week between our two weekly stays with them, which they would not do. As a result of the downsides and that refusal, we cancelled our second week there and found a different hotel nearby.

Great stay, Ladies at the front Desk are Awesome!! Enjoyed our stay, would stay again. We paid for Breakfast and it was great! Plumbing ventilation system needs some tender loving care!!!
