Great place to stay in Lisbon

Extremely nice and helpful personnel. Gonzalo is a awesome guy, always in top of all details. Very polite and respectful. Location is prime, bear Subway stations, and a blink from public transportation. Value for price paid is excellent

Comms with staff was good - they were friendly and helpful. I was dissapointed with the cleanliness - there was 'fluff' under the bed, mildue in the bathroom (no extractor fan); pillow covers were yellow-gray and bath matt full of holes. Some pillows had very little fill and very uncomfortable. There was no functioning smoke alarm. Our windows were facing the road, which was noisy; this did not allow us sleep with the windows open. Kitchen was reasonably equiped. Location is not too bad - only £4-5 away from the centre by Uber, or can walk 15-20 mins.

The location is great. Everything is nearby with a walkable distance. Staff is very welcome. No issues at all. The only improvement I see is the bathroom. Keep is a better share having faucet checked properly as it was shaking. Reporting the issue to the staff didn’t fix it during our stay.

Great 3-night stay in Lisbon.

Comfortable apartment, in very good condition. Quiet, convenient neighbourhood. Easy booking, quick check-in. Washing machine saved us a trip out to do laundry (and time!).

They don't tell you this at booking but inform you right after that they charge for checking in at a late hour at approx. half the nightly rate, which also takes forever with some bureaucratic process of signing papers to give them authority to keep charging you for various nonsense. That’s in addition to whatever the daily fee they charge like they’re a resort only they are far away from it. They don’t provide water or coffee. Nothing. The place is empty. They also take a hefty deposit in case you lose their manual door key. I think they don’t upgrade their door locks on purpose so they can charge you all these extra things. The entire place is much smaller than shown on pictures. It is a studio without bedroom separation with the head of the bed just two feet from the bathroom door. Imagine as you are sleeping and your partner is using the bathroom. And the bed is tiny, like a child’s size and short! If you’re a larger-size couple or tall, good luck getting any sleep. One small pillow is rock hard. Shower floor was crazy slippery, I’ve never experienced that before. Shower leaked onto the floor, we never bothered to complain. I’d never stay here longer than two nights. Great location though. The check in person was very nice.

Good location with a friendly minimart at the end of the road. Unfortunately the apartment itself was in need of a good clean and refresh. There was a unpleasant smell in the rooms, dust on lamp shades and bed frame unslightly water damage to ceiling, damaged flooring between bedroom and bathroom. Not what I expected.

The team were very responsive and professional. Apartment pleasant but layout not optimal with bathroom right next to bed and only a stiff sliding door which didn’t give a lot of privacy. Shower also leaked and caused a very wet floor with no mop provided. Sliding doors of wardrobe also doubled as entrance to bedroom so it was awkward.
