The hotel was on a busy road so I couldn't sleep with the window open. The worst issue was that my room smelled of sewer gas which is why I wanted the window open. I stayed there twice for a total of 4 nights. The two rooms I stayed in were next to each other so maybe the sewer gas issue was only an issue in that part of the hotel. The breakfast was great and the people were friendly.

Really clean and spacious room with a great view. Excellent location — within walking distance to the cable car and plenty of waterfront dining options. The staff were very helpful and professional. I'm a light sleeper and requested a quiet room, and they kindly accommodated me. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Thank for your nice welcome and the upgrade for my husband's 60th birthday. Much appreciated. Lovely room and very large and comfortable bed. Well located to access buses, metro and train station. Breakfast was OK. Super clean. Overall, very nice hotel.

The hotel is super convenient and comfortable. It is very clean and an excellent choice close to the airport. In the area there are many restaurants and shopping center. The best thing is the service, they let us check in early and did everything they could to help me with a problem I had. I was really impressed with the staff, we would definitely come back
