We loved this hotel! Very good service from the staff, super comfy, and the food was really tasty. It has a metro station right in front of the hotel and it’s really a plus.

Tired property in a questionable location. Won’t stay here again. Only reason to stay would be due to its proximity to the airport. Good luck trying to find a place to eat outside of the hotel. Mediocre restaurant

The staff were very nice. The room was clean. And I loved that it had a restaurant so whenever I didnt feel like going out I could dine there. My complain is that why in the bathroom there is no socket for hair dryer. They have a hair dryer but it is not really an ok one I wanted to use mine but the socket was only for shaver and I could not blow my hair with with my hair dryer. Thats the only complain I have. Other than that the place is next to metro station. Close to airport and also there is a big supermarket next to it in case you needed anything. So convenient.

Very nice place, the staff is very nice to guests and very helpful smiling, they just need new lifts that won t take ages to come up and down but otherwise excellent food, room was ok, lovely stay and excellent location!

We stayed in a family suite and the ac didn't work in the second room. Complaints 3 times with a maintenance man coming once did not resolve the problem first night. When we returned the second day from being out, the air was cooling. It was 35 that day so we returned to room to rest and construction noise above our room made that impossible. We were offered another room on the 5th floor but we chose not to take it. Throughout our stay staff were amazingly friendly and tried to be helpful.

Too noisy room despite being on the 16th floor. Area very noisy from traffic and people even in the middle of the night on weekdays. Common areas (lobby, restaurants, etc) are in good condition but rooms are in need of renovation. Amenities in the room and quality of breakfast below from what I would expect at this price point.
