Loud stay, mediocre hotel

The hotel was okay, but certainly not worthy of the 4* rating it has been given. Quality of the rooms and overall cleanliness were mediocre at best. At the time of our stay, a very large Puerto Rican group had a party in the lobby bar and were so loud they could be heard through the elevator shaft all the way to the seventh floor where our room was. There are better alternatives out there for this price point.

Clean and up to date property. It’s is right next to Lisbon Metro and very close to the airport. If you choose Uber or Bolt it is about a 15-20 minute ride to the city center but less than 10€. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Comfy beds, great air conditioning, very kind staff, and the breakfast was amazing! It’s quite a distance from the touristy areas, but there is a metro station right outside the front door. Get the Lisbon Card for public transportation and discounts. It was a great stay!

Water splashes out from the shower booth in the bathroom, causing the floor to get wet. As a result, the bathroom door has rotted and become badly damaged. I think the shower booth should be designed so that no water leaks out. Everything else was excellent.

When I booked this property, it listed that breakfast was included. When we checked in, they told us that it wasn't and we'd have to pay 50 euros more per room to add it. I thought I might have mixed up which hotel I was thinking of, as I'd recently made several reservations. I checked overnight and confirmed that the reservation included breakfast, so I went to talk to the counter staff and they said there was nothing they could do for today, but they'd add us to the list of diners for the rest of our stay. Otherwise, the stay was fine. The place is not as nice as some other Ramadas we've stayed in, but it was clean.
