I enjoyed staying at SANA Capitol as the location was great to get the train, bus and taxis. Good restaurants nearby and shopping as well. The staff were very attentive to our needs and gave us many options for travel to Sintra. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

Great location for catching both HOHO companies with <5 min walk. Several Portuguese restaurants and a Burger King (for quick lunch) on the same block. Excellent continental breakfast with lots of variety

Room was very small but clean. The safe needed new batteries. The shower door opened inward and we were average sized people and it was extremely difficult to get inside and close the door to shower. A larger person would NOT be able to get inside and close the door. The staff were all lovely and the location was excellent.

A great choice Sana hotels in Lisbon are definitely recommended always had good experiences. The hotel is now older but still well kept . Comfortable stay and I like the fact it has windows that you can open for fresh air!

Really lucky to get an upgrade to a suite with a balcony. Excellent check in. Free drink on arrival. The only downside was that the floor in the room was dirty - needed a mop

It probably makes more sense to stay closer to the attractions in Alfama and Chiado. This hotel was clean and had an excellent breakfast buffet, but we couldn't get the AC in our room to work during our stay, and the hotel management didn't respond to our requests for maintenance.

Liked that there were vegetable options at breakfast and plenty of choices. Didn’t like that there wasn’t any food for lunch or dinner. Didn’t like the heavy bathroom door and how slippery the shower floor was.
