Extremely Disappointing Experience
From the moment I arrived, the service was unacceptable. The receptionist was in a bad mood, unfriendly, and frankly quite rude. I had booked a room with 2 beds — one for me and one for my brother — and specifically selected a double. Instead, they gave us a room with one full-size bed and refused to change it.
I also booked with breakfast included, yet the receptionist declined to honor it. On top of that, I’m an Expedia VIP/Rewards member, which means I’m supposed to receive basic perks like complimentary water bottles or small amenities. I received absolutely nothing.
Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and failure to honor what I paid for and what I’m entitled to is unacceptable. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel.
