Excellent apartment located in the center of Ericeira with 100 m2, 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people (4 adults + 1 child).It has a room with sofas, TV, fireplace and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a room with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and a balcony with outdoor furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. It also has an iron, internet access (wifi) and hair dryer. It is located right in the center of the village, 200m from the fishermen's beach and 4km from Ribeira d'Ilhas beach. Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in high season (May 1 to October 31) and €1.20 in low season (November 1 to April 30).
