Our room was very clean with friendly staff. They only had instant coffee in the room but there was a fantastic restaurant two doors down that serves wonderful breakfast. We even went back for dinner on the last night there.

Clean room and common areas. The hotel is in a great location, you have a metro station near by (2 minutes walk) and bus lines. Many restaurants around the hotel, the beautiful parqués Eduardo VII is nearby, luxury shopping options (if you're into that). Great location!

For the price this place is spot on, room was larger than required. Just make sure you make sure you book for the number of people required, as you are charged city tax on number of people you book for. Not like hotels where it’s automatically two guests. The location was great near the metro, staff were great & there was no issue getting to the city or airport after my stay. Very safe location & I would visit again
