It was a very nice place great location for everything near by the host was great very nice anything you need is there would stay again

Publié le 8 mars 2024 sur HotelsHotel building was fine, the location of the building was a disaster . Building a hotel directly next to a highway is unacceptable to me. They tried to accommodate by giving me the quietest location , but it was far from quiet. Will not stay there again.

I apologize that we are an interstate property, and we are aware that traffic noise is an issue for some guests. We did place you in a room at the end of the hotel farthest from the interstate. We do also offer ear plugs, or we have a white noise machine that we loan out. If you would like to speak to someone regarding your stay, please know you are always welcome to contact the property directly. Never hesitate to speak with the staff about any issues you experience. We strive to make sure every guest leaves the hotel 100% happy with their stay.

Clean and convenient
Publié le 3 mars 2024 sur HotelsNice hotel. Water pressure was non existent on 2nd floor, but otherwise room clean and comfortable just for 1 night stay. Good breakfast.

Clean and comfortable
Publié le 24 févr. 2024 sur HotelsGentleman at the counter very nice. Room clean, bed very comfortable. Just needs a little tlc. Wallpaper coming apart in areas. Simply little things. Over all 9.5. Oh one last thing, if your on the southside of hotel, the highway is right there. You can hear the highway traffic. If your a light sleeper good luck. The actually had ear plugs next to the bed.

Got a jacuzzi suite and fill up tub and it was filthy.

Good morning, Jeffrey!I am sincerely sorry for the condition of the jacuzzi tub. I can't explain what caused that to happen. I've never seen such a thing happen in my 19 years here. We have issued a full refund for your stay with us. Again, please accept my sincerest apology.
