The host went way above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and safe during a big winter storm. The house is loaded with amenities and a great place to stay for a wedding that we attended at Nottinghill. Even with all the snow and ice we bundled up and hiked down the trail to the lake. Glad we did, it was beautiful and a huge lot. Hassle free check in and especially at checkout We’ve stayed in a bunch of Vrbo’s over the years and this host was one of the best.

Cannot say enough good things about this property and host. We felt welcomed before we ever set foot in the door, as there was open and easy communication with the host. Additionally, I've never experienced an easier or smoother check-in & check-out process. They made our whole stay easy and worry free. The property was very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Bathrooms were all very clean, towels were soft, and the host had provided a small array of emergency amenities. The kitchen was again very clean and extremely well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for the group and even reheat leftovers. The air fryer and coffee maker especially were very much appreciated. The beds were extremely comfortable, soft, and clean, so our whole group slept very well. Overall the house felt very homey, cozy and comfortable and we look forward to staying here again!

This is one of my top rentals! Beautifully redesigned, well appointed, with a super responsive owner. They really have thought of everything one might need whether in the kitchen, bathroom, or the entertaining spaces. Mattresses are super comfortable as are bed linens, which is much appreciated and lacking in a lot of rentals. Would definitely return in the future.

We loved the home- easy door code access, quiet street, cute decor, comfy beds, fluffy towels, snack basket on the counter, well-equipped kitchen space, deck with an eating area and grill. It was even decorated for the holidays. I just wish we had more time to enjoy it!

Perfect little lake house that was close enough to do anything you want in Dallas. We are at several restaurants, played golf twice, went to the movies and got to experience the Christmas lights at the park! Wonderful trip and a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Little Elm! We were in the area for a wedding. We had 7 adults in our party.The house is spacious and the layout is really nice. There are even two islands in the kitchen! This worked great for desserts I was preparing for the wedding. It had enough bar stools for everyone and a table and chairs too. All very comfortable! Let’s talk about the CRAFT ice in the kitchen! So cool!The beds were all very comfortable. The decor in each room was very warm and inviting. We forgot a few personal items and they had complimentary ones available in the bathrooms.I can’t think of anything we needed that we didn’t find. The deck is beautiful and I wish we had more time to enjoy it. Beautiful home in a safe neighborhood. Book with confidence!
