Publié le 27 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayHeating was difficult to regulate due to having to use space heaters. Kitchen and baths were clean but dust and cobwebs were visible in common areas. Overall it served our needs. There was a great view of the lake and allowed for viewing beautiful sunsets. Thanks for being pet friendly.

Wonderful Time at the Lake!
Publié le 21 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayCan’t say enough about this cute little Cabin/Lakehouse that looks right over Ute Lake! Quiet location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! We came in from Albuquerque, NM with our pontoon boat and so enjoyed our time! Boat dock right around the corner. Will definitely rent again when we return to the lake! You can’t go wrong with this rental and host! Thank you Wendy for sharing your place with us!

Publié le 15 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWendy's place is so beautiful. The location is perfect and so easy to get to. Check in was easy. Her place is very well stocked from plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen appliances and utensils. The gas grill was not working properly but that wasn't a big deal.
My sister and I were there to spread our mom's ashes in UTE lake. Wendy's place provided us with the peace we needed. Thanks Wendy!!!!

Weekend at the lake
