The room is very dingy. Bathroom is so gross. We had an “executive suite…” which id hate to see what anything lower than that would be. Only one elevator worked so most people were using the stairs. Staff was nice though. Glad we were only staying there for one night.

Well located and convenient for the airport - just a few minutes’ bus ride to get to Heathrow’s central station. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was rather dated and could do with an upgrade, but the bed was comfortable and has everything you need for a one night’s stay before or after a flight.

The room was fine. We stayed 2 nights as visiting family in London. On returning to our room for the second night our room was as we left it, bed disheveled . Towels in bath as requested and not changed, tea, coffee, milk etc not replenished. Advised you had to tell the front desk you wanted your room servicing. Advised to pay parking as displayed outside at £50.40. Website says £16, when complained told we should have paid for parking at the front desk which would have been £15 per night and not as stated in the car park at £25 per night. Never experienced that before. Became a rather expensive family visit especially when we had traveled from the north west of England.

There was aome issue with booking. The hotel had us checked out after one night instead of two. On return our room was locked. It rook staff over an hour to sort out the problem which turned out ro be a computer issue. However i was made to wait in tje lobby for over an hour whhile front counter staff checked other guests jnto their rooms instead of seeing to my issue. Customer service was severely lacking at this hotel. I expected better from BW.

The hotel is in a below average area with no near-by supermarkets and restaurants. It takes over an hour to get to London city center. The breakfast was fine. However, one day both coffee machines were broken down and the rest of the days only one of them was working. Prior to arrival by 1 week, we tried to reach out to the hotel by phone and messages through Expedia portal with no response from them. With Expedia help, it took them a week to get a response from the hotel. The positive side was their staff was nice. We will not stay there again.

Best western stay I’m very disappointed with this stay. From booking to actually staying here it’s been a nightmare. When booking I put in a special request for 2 cot beds as have two very young girls. No reply. Over the course of the week I have attempted to call the hotel reception 30-40 times and each time it has rang and hung up. I turn up to the hotel with tired children and surprise, no cot bed. Told the staff I attempted to call from 8:30am till now around 10 times with no answer. Was told thry are with a guest but I don’t believe it. I had to wait 20-25 mins for a for bed. This was brought up to my room and left (not built and no bed sheets). Was told the second one was on its way. After 15 mins and nothing I go down to reception to be told I have to wait another 25 mins. Bare in mine I have 2 children who need to get to sleep and I need to wait for staff to bring this. After another 15 mins staff come up and tell me they have lost the cot bed. Utterly disgraceful from the hotel of this brand, the staff not good enough either. I would like a full refund for this stay as I am not happy one bit with this hotel. Regards Oliver jones
