This riverside neighbourhood combines a strong community spirit with excellent transport links – Kew Gardens Underground station (District Line) is just a short walk away, offering direct trains to Sloane Square, Victoria, and Westminster, while Richmond’s fashionable shops and restaurants are just one stop away. Heathrow Airport is around 30 minutes by car.

Of course, no visit to Kew would be complete without exploring the Royal Botanic Gardens – London’s largest UNESCO World Heritage Site. From seasonal events to the treetop walkway and iconic glasshouses, it’s an unmissable experience.

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll ask you to complete a short pre-check-in form and provide a valid photo ID. This helps us offer you a personal service while keeping our homes secure.

Our standard check-in time is 16:00 – 20:00. Early check-ins from 13:00 – 15:30 are available for £30, and late check-ins after 21:00 for £50. Flexible check-out options can also be arranged.

Minimum age requirement: 25 years old.
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 21:00 and 09:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.



Before you arrive, the property requires you to complete a short online check-in form for all guests who will be staying to confirm arrival details. Please complete this a minimum of 72 hours before check-in to ensure a smooth arrival.

Keys can be collected directly at the property upon check-in.
