It boasts an en-suite, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and modern conveniences like Alexa and TV with FireTV, washing machine, small hob, oven/microwave/grill combo. It's fresh, clean, and perfect for relaxation. It is an annex flat and so there is a tiny shared hallway at the front but both flats are completely self contained and have their own lockable front doors so there are no shared spaces. It also boasts being just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Bushy Park.

For work or relaxation, the flat and park provide the perfect setting.

Socialites will love the well-loved local pub just steps away and easy access to nightlife in Kingston, Richmond, Vauxhall, and Central London.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property but there's a covered front porch outside.
- There is free parking down the side-road and doesn't require a permit or visitor pass.
- Pets are allowed at the property provide they are house trained and won't make too much noise barking etc. The flat isn't large enough to leave a dog in for a long period of time alone.
- Please be mindful that this is a residential area so please keep noise to a minimum late at night.
