We are delighted to place this apartment back in the Holiday Rentals markets after a few years break and eager to offer the wonderful accommodation experience that granted us excellent 5* reviews in the past ( please check them out in the reviews section within this advert ).

Elegant two bedroom apartment in an unbeatable location, only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace.

Two underground stations, Queensway and Bayswater, serving the central and circle lines of the London Underground system, are also less than 50 metres away, granting easy access to any city landmark in minutes.

The apartment itself is awash with sunlight and quietly tucked away to the side of the building, ensuring peace and tranquillity despite the vibrant location.

It offers 70 square metres of contemporary living space and comprises of two double bedrooms, well appointed kitchen, entrance hall and bathroom.

Both bedrooms feature UK King Size beds ( 150 x 200 ) with comfortable pocket sprung and latex combination mattresses.

Finally, the property features two lifts, a 55” Samsung Smart TV with Netflix access, super-fast WIFI Hyper Optic internet connection, fire alarm, live in porter, entry phone and CCTV for added security.

The apartment is surrounded by and abundance of rightly priced restaurants and eateries which will make cooking a thing of the past during your holiday,the trendy boutiques and high end gastro pubs of Uber cosmopolitan Notting Hill are also a short stroll away.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll through Hyde Park, to other several London landmarks such as renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.

All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle lines respectively and both located 150 metres away from the property, but should you prefer travelling by bus, a bus stop served by an abundance of lines is located even closer to the property.

Unbeatable Location, Unbeatable Host

After a long day, the apartment is literally a few steps from the entrance to the 2 main underground lines. Which was welcome and super convenient. Being next to vast green spaces meant that we were often able to walk to our destination, in the quiet and traffic-noise free spaces of the central interconnected parks (Kensington Gardens, Hyde And Green Park). For us, London was quiet and green. Apt. was clean and quiet in a real neighborhood within walking distance of a Waitrose grocery. Easy, positive communications with host who showed us kindness when we needed it. Recommended.

Appartement tout confort

Nous avons tout d abord apprĂ©ciĂ© la gentillesse de Rafael et toute l aide qu il nous a apportĂ©e pour que notre sĂ©jour se passe bien. Ensuite l appartement nous a beaucoup plus (trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©, trĂšs propre, il ne nous manquait rien). Enfin la position de l appartement Ă©tait idĂ©ale pour nous, proche de Hyde park oĂč nous pouvions aller tous les jours aprĂšs toutes nos visites et ballades. C est un appartement que je conseillerai sans hĂ©siter et dans lequel je rĂ©siderai volontiers une nouvelle fois. Merci RafaĂ«l.

Super séjour à Londres

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans ce bel appartement. L'emplacement est super : deux stations de mĂ©tro qui nous permettent d'ĂȘtre dans le coeur de Londres en 10mn, plein de petit restaurants sympas, de supĂ©rettes pour gĂ©rer les repas, la proximitĂ© de Hyde Park et de Notting Hill etc... L'appartement est confortable, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, conforme aux photos et trĂšs calme malgrĂ© l'animation du quartier. Le propriĂ©taire est top aussi bien au moment de la rĂ©servation (qualitĂ©s des infos fournies, disponibilitĂ© et rĂ©activitĂ©) que pendant le sĂ©jour. En rĂ©sumĂ©, nous reviendrons sĂ»rement dans cet appartement lors de notre prochain sĂ©jour.

TrÚs bel appartement idéalement situé

L'appartement est cosy, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, aucun bruit, Ă  deux pas de deux stations de mĂ©tro et un petit quart d'heure du centre ville ( en mĂ©tro). Le quartier est vivant avec des commerces et des restaurants. Le propriĂ©taire est joignable et rĂ©actif. Nous avons eu une petite fuite et un problĂšme d'eau trop chaude qu'il a tentĂ© de rĂ©parer l'aprĂšs midi mĂȘme. Les deux petits bĂ©mols sont le rĂ©glage de la temperature de l'eau ( eau bouillante) de la douche et le matelas du lit d'appoint ( canapĂ© convertible) pas trĂšs confortable. Je n'hĂ©siterai pas malgrĂ© tout Ă  retouner dans cet appartement.

12 Days in London

We’ve just arrived back in Australia from our first UK holiday; which included spending 12 days at Rafael’s apartment. We enjoyed our time in London staying at Rafael’s apartment so much that we’re already planning a return trip! The apartment could not have been more perfect and Rafael was so incredibly helpful from our very first contact. He responded very quickly to any questions we had and provided us with all the information we needed to make us feel very welcome and comfortable. The apartment was wonderful. Spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed and peaceful too. We loved the abundance of natural light, the super comfortable bed and other conveniences such as the washing machine and full kitchen. The location is brilliant too. So close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, underground stations and buses
it’s all on your doorstep. Not to mention only being a few metres away from Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park where we enjoyed many long walks. We’ve fallen in love with London and we will return one day. And there’s no other place we would want to stay. Thank you again Rafael. Your support and assistance in the lead up to and during our stay was very much appreciated.

A Happy Choice

The flat was immaculate and attractively furnished, with a beautiful view. We loved the bustling, multi-ethnic locale of Queensway Street, and the close proximity to Hyde Park for evening strolls. With the help of Google map directions, we easily navigated to various parts of the city via the local bus and tube connections. Host Rafael is a consummate professional, engaging and anxious before and during the visit to make sure guests are happy. We hope to return soon.

This apartment was in an amazing location, half a block from Hyde Park and on a street with about 1 million restaurants. It was right in between two different tube stations so you could get anywhere quickly.

The manager, Rafael was quick with response time and did answer all our questions prior to and during our stay. He also did see to 'fixing' the tv within a reasonable time frame. No Netflix as advertise. However, this stay was NOT comparable to the listing I initially booked. I was told by Rafael that it was and we were very disappointed with the state of the washroom and entrance hallway and other items in this stay. The building and mostly the apartment itself are VERY TIRED and worn down. The washroom is SUBSTANDARD and does NOT look anything like the 'contemporary' apartment initially listed. I took many photos of the apartment at the start and at the end of our time there. I would share them with you for clarity if required. There is mold in the bathroom and cracks in the tiles, chipped paint etc. Definitely, NOT what is being sold on the website. Good features: Great location, good size apartment, kitchen is small but adequate.

Not a great experience

This was our fifth rental (first on VRBO). The good: Location - Convenient to tube stops, restaurants and markets. Off the main street so street noise muted. Hyde Park a few steps away. Washer/dryer worked perfectly. Security seemed good. The bad - No helpful check-in. Landlord was out of country so his Assistant (later identified as the cleaning woman) met us and showed us almost nothing about the unit. She was in a hurry to leave. Television needed to be reprogrammed (it could only get three stations) and the remote replaced, the process taking four days. The "Assistant" had the television running when we arrived so should known of the issues. Matter resolved when chance meeting occurred with the person sent to review the problem was leaving the building when we entered (he lacked one of the keys to the unit so couldn't enter without us). The bedroom wall length shelf was pulling away from the wall. We were told it would be repaired but never was. Extensive mold around the shower/tub, oven and stove top not plugged in. Window in the bedroom could not be opened so ventilation in that room inadequate. The building itself was noisy with slamming doors and some work done in other units. This was a substitute unit as the one selected was taken off the rental market one month before delivery so seemed not properly vetted or prepared (an assumption).

12 day London trip

This property is ideally located for travel all over London via The Tube. The area is full of restaurants, pubs, shops, & grocery stores to choose from. The apartment itself is well appointed for whatever length of stay you choose. Dealing with Rafael was a treat. He is very attentive and gives great recommendations. We will definitely use one of his properties again.

We stayed at the apt for a month. Public transport right at your doorstep so you can do the touristy things. You could cook up a nice feed at night, and you can go to the pub around the corner and become a local. What a great spot. We spent two weeks in this apartment located between two tube stops. It is near grocery stores, restaurants and pubs. The weather turned quite cold during our stay and the apartment was always comfortable. The property manager was excellent to work with and responded promptly. Would definately stay here again.

Bayswater Apartment

We had a wonderful holiday staying at this apartment. The location is fantastic; set between two tube stations, giving access to the District, Circle and Central lines, with Hyde Park just a stone's throw away (we walked to the V&A Museum through the park). There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the area as well. The apartment was beautifully furnished and had absolutely everything you could possibly need. I would like to thank the host, Rafael, for his attention to detail and swift replies to all communications. I would absolutely recommend this apartment.

Cozy flat in the heart of London

We are a couple and two children. The appartment was perfect for us! Very confortable and well equiped. A few metres from underground stations and just some steps to the wonderful Hyde Park! Rafael was very kind and gave us precious informations concerning trasport, restaurants and other facilities. Your assistant Dolly who received us so kind as well. We’d really come back, it was perfect!

Cozy apartment at great location

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this unit. Location was convenient, the apartment was as described, and the property manager was great with communication and helpful information about the neighborhood. The bathroom and kitchen could use a slight update - no major issues but some things were showing their age (base panel in the kitchen kept falling down, dishwasher soap dispenser was broken)

Fabulous!

I cannot say enough about this property. Grocery store to the right. Tube stations to the right and the left. Hop on Hop off bus station just around the corner from the Queensway tube station Pubs, restaurants and souvenir shops everywhere. Rafeal and Dolly were amazing host. Never had a problem getting in touch with them. Thank you Rafael and Dolly for making a stay most memorable.

Lovely in So Many Ways

Well-furnished, quiet, and sunny apartment that is located, as described, near two underground (metro) stations and Kensington Park. We enjoyed the neighborhood, too. We found Rafael's list of resturants and pubs to be spot-on as good places to eat and drink with the locals. I've rented three different apartments in different parts of London over the last three years; this one is my favorite. I'll rent again for my next visit.

London holiday

We recently spent a week visiting London and chose this apartment rather than a hotel. It turned out to be a fantastic location, next to Starbucks and 2 tube stations that took us anywhere we wanted to go. It is right next to Kensington Park and numerous ethnic restaurants on Queensway st. The apartment had everything we needed, and even though we had the windows open it was exceedingly quiet during the evenings. We would definitely stay here again!
