The hotel is well-situated for trains and tube, and Islington is right on the doorstep. We were happy with our stay, but the constant issues with the key cards not working in the lifts and our room were annoying. Hopefully, the hotel fixes this, as everything else was great.

The room was clean and comfortable, staff were fine but not overly friendly or welcoming. Service in restaurant and bar were okay, but service could be slow, appreciate they are busy but eating dinner in restaurant one evening out of our party of 8, one person received their dinner when the other 7 were nearly finished and then they started clearing the table before that one person had finished eating. Overall adequate but probably wouldn’t stay again.

The room was dirty. Hair in the tub, on the sheets. Location is so-so. Only stayed one night so it wasn’t a big deal, but for the price, might as well get a cheaper hotel

Had a booking checking in Saturday, so I could arrive at 7a and sleep. We called ahead to ensure I wouldn’t be marked as a no show…I showed up and they had sold my room. Not great! That and the super glued door lock makes this property a do not recommend unless extremely convenient.

Hotel was to a good standard overall and had all of the amenities one would expect from a Hilton. The staff were very good and attentive to my needs, along with a clean room and very clean shower room. I hope to revisit soon when i'm back in London. Recommended to you!
