The location is unbeatable for tourist and local stays: right in the heart of things, with multiple Underground stations nearby, just two streets off Piccadilly, and surrounded by great local energy, shops, and restaurants.The only reason for the 4-star rating (instead of 5) is the noticeable noise from the nightclub in the same building. It was a just a bit louder than what youâd typically experience in a central city hotel or flat (particularly in the bedroom facing Piccadilly) though the room facing the London Eye stayed very quiet with minimal disturbance. It didnât ruin the trip, but it was enough to have an occasional disturbance during the nights.Despite that one issue, weâd still happily return and recommend it to others looking for a stylish, super central spot!â
Great neighborhood. Lovely flat. Very easy and secure with the lift going directly into the unit. Good beds, linens and supplies. The couch is very uncomfortable and made enjoying our downtime after a busy day difficult. The biggest issue, and to me it is a deal breaker, is that there is a club in the basement that plays extremely loud music from 2230 to after 3. Impossible to sleep. It is probably Thursday through Saturday. Know this going in.
The flat and the neighborhood are both gorgeous--but our stay was marred by two problemsHUGE noise from a club in the basement--the vibe shook the entire building one evening, preventing some of us from sleeping until the club closedAnd faulty wifi--we all needed access for work but could not get a signal in most of the flatThe rental company/property managers were friendly but for some reason completely unable to address the wifi problem per se--they kindly offered a 10% refund for our trouble (we accepted) but we would have gone elsewhere if had known this issue would confront us
