On the middle floor, the super-king master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with rainfall shower, and there’s a child’s bedroom with bunk beds (top bunk suitable for children aged 6+), served by a generous family bathroom.

The heart of the home is the open-plan living space, combining a front reception room with two leather sofas and TV, a stylish galley kitchen, and a bright dining area that opens directly onto a sunny, lawned garden – perfect for family meals or relaxing outdoors.

The kitchen is well-stocked for self-catering, while Balham’s buzzing restaurant and café scene is right on your doorstep. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the basement for guest use.

Set in a peaceful residential street just minutes from Balham’s shops, cafes and transport connections, this home has everything for a convenient South London stay. Balham station (Northern Line and Overground) is only five minutes away, offering direct links to Clapham Junction, Victoria, Waterloo, and the West End.

Tooting Bec, Wandsworth Common and Clapham Common are all within walking distance, offering ample green space and family-friendly amenities.
