Nestled in the heart of Kensal, this charming 1-bedroom flat presents an idyllic retreat with its private garden, with two set apart seating areas, providing a peaceful oasis for relaxation and enjoyment of outdoor spaces.



There is also a studio at the bottom of the garden which is perfect for your base away from the office and can be made into a sofa bed if needed (currently this studio doesn't have electricity). The interior of the flat is thoughtfully designed, offering a well-appointed King sized bedroom that provides a cosy and tranquil atmosphere for a restful night's sleep.



The living area exudes warmth and comfort, creating an inviting space to unwind. The compact kitchen, though small, is intelligently designed and equipped with the essential appliances, making cooking a delightful experience. The grand bathroom features a splendid separate bath, perfect to unwind in the refreshing ambiance.

Considered the chilled little sister of Harlesden, Kensal Green has an arty, bohemian feel (Kensal Green Cemetery, just over the Kensington & Chelsea border, was a fashionable final resting place for Victorian writers and artists, as well as a number of modern-day luminaries) and its cosy, compact terraces appeal to young professionals. Kensal Rise, a few streets east, has blossomed in recent years, with most of the retail action at the north end of College Road where there's a bijou, middle-class vibe, with delis, alternative-medicine treatment rooms and quirky boutiques. Restaurants, cafés and gastropubs also do a roaring trade. Further east, Willesden High Road offers an array of restaurants, shops and takeaways.

Kensal Rise Train Station - London Overground Network: 10 minute walk away

Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.



Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.



If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.



We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.



Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee.
