Both bedrooms are fully furnished and the double beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Situated in the lively and evolving neighborhood of Acton, this location offers a great mix of local charm and convenience. You'll find a variety of shops, cafés, and supermarkets just a short walk away, along with Acton Park—perfect for a relaxing stroll or outdoor exercise. The area is also well-connected, with Acton Main Line (Elizabeth Line) and Acton Central (Overground) stations nearby, making it easy to reach central London, Heathrow Airport, and beyond.

Whether you're exploring the nearby markets, enjoying a coffee at a local café, or commuting into the city, Acton offers a comfortable and practical base with a welcoming, local feel.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Acton Main Line, is just a 5-minutes walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
