Lovely staff in the evening when we went in for a coffee. however the breakfast staff felt like we were an inconvenience to them even though we tried to order the same coffee's from the night before we couldn't have that option Kept getting told how many minutes we had left to go to the buffet breakfast every 2 minutes ! We had gone in the restaurant 30 minutes before shutting and we just wanted a relaxing breakfast, been to this hotel several times but never again ,i want myself and my family to feel relaxed, this was not

Beautiful Hotel with Excellent service.

Location is great. The Front Desk & the bell service were great. Loved about the toilet. ( just like everywhere in Japan. washlet toilet ). Price for the room is a bit over priced. Also In-Room dining menu has room to improve for menu selections. Lobby area is beautiful with flower arrangement. I would select this hotel again for London stay.

There is a lot of disturbance in these hotels and the room cleaning staff is very disturbing. The count talks loudly in the morning at 7 o'clock while people are sleeping. There is no peace, creativity or comfort. I will not repeat the room there.
