I booked this room because we had to catch the Eurostar train early the next morning. The room was very small, on the ground level, but very clean. The issue for us is that the weather was unseasonable warm for London, and we could not turn on the wall-mounted heat pump to cool the room; we could not find any controls and there was no remote control. As such, we had difficulty sleeping our one night there. In retrospect, I probably should have booked a room at a hotel that was a 5-10 minute walk from the St. Pancras train station.

We had an amazing stay! The room was lovely and it was just around the corner from king’s cross - which made getting around London super easy. It’s the perfect area too as it has lots of restaurants/pubs/places to eat around it, all within walking distance. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. Wish we could have stayed here longer. We will definitely be back!!

Very disappointing

We booled the jesmond dene for our family trip to London. It stated it was an annex room at the address of Argyle Street. We had booked this property as it was on the doorstep of Kings Cross station. When we arrived at the hotel we were told our room was not actually there but instead we were transported to an apartment which was at least a 15 minute walk away from the original address and tube station. This was not what we expected. I contacted reception to explain our confusion and annoyance but were fobbed off. Be careful when booking as it does not state that you could be at a different location. Very disappointing!

Fantastic. Great location, clean, lots of nice touches like complimentary mini bar. We got upgraded which was extra nice. Quiet even though near Kings Cross Station. Held our bags safely for the day.highly recommend.

This complex is like a second home for me. Its proximity to Kings Cross and St. Pancras International make lodgings at this location very convenient that it’s hard to fathom staying at a more posh location and give up the convenience of this place. Only regret is not being able to afford their Four Star suite. If you can, book it!

I was very impressed with the room, which had a very comfortable bed. I thought that it was great value for money, being very close to King's Cross station, St Pancras International, and buses. Staff were extremely courteous. I would definitely consider staying there in the future!

This property is prefect for families with small children. Three beds in total in the family room/suite. A skin inside the bathroom and one outside the bathroom too made getting ready in the morning easy. VERY close to Kings Cross made transportation easy.
