Our room was located at the end of the property requiring 3 minutes of walk to reach it. This was an issue with my limited mobility due to recent surgery Front door, serving staff and cleaning personnel were fabulous

Despite the protest and the rail strike, we had a great time and made the best of it. The staff at the Marriott was friendly, so helpful, so kind and genuine. They made the stay exceptional. Elena at the Gilray was amazing.

A five star Hotel cutting the corners to save money! Everything is "bare minimum", room accessories, breakfast , etc. It is not what you expect when you pay almost£700.00 per night!

London Marriott County Hall is an oasis

This a return visit for us. The London Marriott County Hall is a refuge in a busy city and is a joy each time we visit. Be aware that you will not receive membership points when you book outside of Marriott. It would be great if Hotels.com could come to an agreement with Marriott.

The Marriott County Hall is a great hotel located next to the London Eye and just steps from Big Ben. I have there twice and highly recommend. Prices are great, staff is very friendly, and rooms are spacious. Great for families too!

Old building, the bath rooms smelled really bad and didn’t have a good air conditioning to get rid of it! But good location close to Big Ben and great staff, super nice and friendly staff!

My family fell in love with this hotel. From checking in to checking out it was phenomenal. Tavin was wonderful assisting my family. The staff took our bags and they were in our rooms upon arrival back to the hotel. Our room had a view of the Thames, Big Ben, Parliament, and London Eye. My sons love The Grand in Fairhope, AL but this has topped the list.
