First of all you didn’t provide me with your photo ID which is required for security reasons. For security reason so we know you are the guest who has booked and will be staying . It very important to Proctection other guest safety.
Which you refused . I never refused you was only asking you a ID.
If you don’t turn up . How can you say worst Expericence ever which was you instead. How can you say bad things which are not true without staying there. Please don’t make fault comments.
