Bon sejour

Séjour bien passé en famille. Un soucis de Clim le 2eme jour mais à été réglé rapidement par l’hôtel. Hôtel bien placé et bon petit dejeuner

Weekend Stay with Baby

I do recommend the hotel if you are looking for a nice place to stay in west london... unless you are travelling with a baby. We loved the hotel location but the staff really lack of humanity !!! The hotel refused to warm our baby's food, giving each time different random excuse: the worst being that the microwave in the kitchen was only for the staff. If you are not able to provide the minimum service to parents with kids, you should advertise your hotel as a Adult Only Hotel... Having to cross the road to find a shop that was kind enough to warm baby's food is ridiculous...

I booked a twin for my husband and myself by mistake asked if it could be changed to a double but it wasn’t I’ve never had any problems with any other hotels when it’s been something so simple to alter when there’s availability as I checked. Apart from that everything was fine good value for money.

The hotel is at football stadium., stayed few times here., the hotel needs upgrades and renovations Sofa is at least 15 yrs old., air con does not work. Couldn’t switch lights off at night TV network doesn’t work

Great location. Good value for money. Bad quite small and couldn't get a drink at 10:30pm. Service excellent otherwise.

Was told they upgraded the room at reception but they had not. Dirty plates with food just left in the hallway near our door. Was told to 20 percent off food and beverages wasnt included here. breakfast was good. Security good. did not like having to walk across in the rain from another building to get to the main building.

I really enjoyed how friendly everyone was and how walkable the area was. The hotel is near a bus stop and about a 5-7 minute walk from the Underground Station. Lots of food options nearby and plenty of more unique experiences and things to see around the area. My only complaint was that the room appeared to not have been vacuumed very well as I found dust bunnies around the room, but overall it was clean and quiet.
