There is one modern bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, providing a practical yet relaxing space to refresh. A duplex situated on the second and third floors, the flat offers privacy and a calm retreat from the lively streets below. The roof of the building is a lively shared social space, used by residents for gardening, working and dining with a magical view of the city skyline.
The living area is a cosy spot to unwind with a sofa, Sonos sound system and smart TV. Large floor to ceiling windows give a welcoming feel that makes you instantly feel at home. A dining area provides space for shared meals, while a new and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including an induction hob, allows you to cook and enjoy meals with ease. A large clothes washer and separate dryer are provided in the apartment for your use, and fibre broadband gives you blistering internet speeds and a stable connection.

We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of ÂŁ40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of ÂŁ60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
