Great hotel and restaurant

It was good - the automatic doors at entrance were not working properly, I got caught in that - but once i entered the hotel, the mood and atmosphere were good. Clean, warm and comfortable. Decor was nice and staff very warm and welcoming. We went to the restaurant also and tried the tasting menu, service was great. We ordered room service for breakfast which was very nice.

Went ok but room wasn’t ready on time and we were required to wait 20 minutes past the agreed 3pm to get our keys to the room. Phone Charging cable was broken accidentally but replacement provided but received too many calls.
