The staff were amazing and were able to get us checked in early. The room was comfortable but probably in need of a bit of an upgrade. The shower was specifically a bit too aged with what looked like moldy grout. Even so, the room was great for our needs.

Breakfast was nice but was not hot so had to eat it fast. Also breakfast room was cold. Bin in our room was emptied by cleaners and the full bag of rubbish left in middle of the floor. Shower screen was discoloured and mirror was worn with underside showing through. Room had a general tired look. Stayed here couple of years ago and it was a lot better.

Great location. Expensive if booking directly with Park Plaza but we got a deal on Expedia. Staff was courteous and professional. Room was spacious and clean. Passed on the room cleaning for a bottle of wine.

My family and I had a great time at this hotel. They really went all out for the kids for Christmas including having a play room for the kids open until 8 pm! It’s a huge room! Speaking of, we had two rooms. One room was more modern than the other. One complaint is one room only had European outlets while the other had both. The rooms are a decent suze. We didn’t stay there much so it was fine. This hotel is located near to Vaux Hall which is with exploring itself. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the London Eye/Big Ben. The best part though is the staff. Every single staff member, including those who brought us room service (which we ordered almost every day) was polite and friendly. Marc checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed at Park Plaza Westminster before and that location is extremely close to the London eye (5 mins or so), but I think staff here is friendlier and it also feels less touristy. Great stay and we will be back!
