The Pullman provided a very comfortable room for my short stay near Kings Cross train station. The staff was exceptionally helpful, including the reception managers and porters. This is a well run mid-level hotel with premium prices based on location. My only issue is the lack of clarity from the hotel about how to get to the front door. My taxi drove past it twice, unable to figure out how to get there legally and misled by the map app. This added over 30 minutes (on a fixed price) and caused me to miss an event.

Friendly greeting and fast check in. Room was clean and spacious, huge comfortable bed and the shower/bathroom very clean.and plenty of hot water. Great location ..walking distance to St Pancras and Euston with minimal outside noise ...breakfast superb..probably the best breakfast we've ever had .
