Truly comfortable room (with a closet —take THAT The Hoxton, Holborn) which was ready early and was a godsend since my DH was sick. Room was cool. Everything was easy to locate — no hidden compartment for the kettle I couldn’t find. Quiet. Plus we have a chaise longue. Quick walk either way to Kings Cross or Euston and a Pret or other choices very close by.

We only booked in for one night. This is a trendy hotel in a trendy location close to the train. The hotel was a bit on the expensive side but we splurged for the convenience to trains. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Dennis, the bellman was a pure delight. The only real negative was the “sewage upset” that occurred during the night. Awaking to and pulling bags through the sewage in the hall was an unpleasant surprise.

Every staff we countered were professional and courteous, except one encounter with a Black female coffee server during our first breakfast session, which mss as is us uncomfortable. One of the lifts doesn’t work throughout our four nights stay. The price at this hotel doesn’t reflect the value; we would have chosen St Pancras instead of Pullman.

Nice room with a separate sitting area. Quiet (11th floor) and great location only a short walk to Kings Cross train station and the St Pancras tube station. Decent selection of restaurants nearby. One problem: only one of the 3 elevators was working while we were there for 3 nights.

Overpriced, broken furniture and scruffy room decor. Service and breakfast were nice. However, it was a busy weekend and two of the three lifts were broken. Kind of ruined what should have been a lovely family weekend. Wish we had spent less money and stayed somewhere better value.

Location and Staff make up for comfort

I will start with positive- the woman who helped on last day deserves a raise. 2 electors/lifts down was running between 14-16th floor checking for guests to take them down service elevators - then carried my very heavy luggage down those crazy steps to ground floor- promote her! Great location, close to shopping Eurorail and all tube lines. friendly staff, temperature in rooms could have been better. I think it’s suppose to be hip modern hotel but was in business trip and maybe I am not that hip- the room did nothing for me. Curtains didn’t keep out light which when you take late train from Paris and do have option to sleep in- and can’t…. Finally- I was there on a weekend when unfortunately two of three lifts broke. My heart goes out to the staff!
